This is a courtesy translation. The binding version is the Spanish one; in the event of any discrepancy between the two, the Spanish version shall prevail.

1. What cookies and local storage are

Cookies are small files that a site stores on your device. Together with equivalent technologies such as the browser's localStorage, they make it possible to keep your session, remember your preferences and load third-party content. This site distinguishes four kinds: necessary, functional, analytics and third-party media content. The necessary and functional ones are first-party; they are not used to identify you or to follow you outside this site.

2. Necessary cookies

Essential for the site to work. They are first-party and do not require your consent.

• phoenixvega-session (session cookie): keeps the session on the server; needed for the contact form and other basic features. It is deleted when you close the browser.
• XSRF-TOKEN (cookie): protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). It is deleted when you close the browser.
• site_consent (localStorage): stores your own consent preferences so you are not asked again on every visit.

3. Functional cookies

They improve your experience without tracking you. They are first-party and anonymous; they do not require your consent.

• site_theme (localStorage): remembers your theme preference (light, dark or automatic).
• site_radio (localStorage): if the site has the radio switched on, it remembers your answer to "do you want to listen?" and when you gave it; after thirty days you are asked again. It exists only if you answer.
• site_lang_suggest (localStorage) and site_lang_suggest_seen (sessionStorage): they remember that you do not want to see the language suggestion again.
• temporada:off:… (localStorage): if at some time of year the site shows a decorative effect (snow, petals…) and you turn it off with its button, this remembers that you do not want to see it during that season. It exists only if you turn it off, and you can bring it back from the cookie panel ("Manage cookies", in the footer).
• pv_propio (cookie): only in the browser of whoever administers the site. It is created on entering the administration panel and keeps their own visits and interactions out of the statistics. A visitor never has it. It expires after one year.
• pv_vid (cookie): anonymous random identifier, with no personal data. It is created only when you interact (like or share) and serves to avoid counting the same action by the same visitor twice. It does not track across sites. It expires after one year.

4. Analytics cookies

They help us understand use of the site in aggregate. They are activated only if you have configured a measurement tool and you accept the analytics category; you may withdraw that consent whenever you wish.

Third-party analytics: Google Analytics 4

With your consent, this site uses Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to obtain pseudonymised usage statistics through cookies such as _ga and _ga_*. This service is activated only if you accept the analytics category in the preferences panel, and you may withdraw that consent at any time from that same panel. The data is kept for a maximum of 14 months on Google LLC servers, a company certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which provides an adequate level of protection for international transfers. 5. Third-party media content

With your consent, the site loads embedded players from these platforms, which may use their own cookies:

• YouTube (Google LLC): videos served by youtube-nocookie.com, which reduces tracking compared with the standard domain. Google LLC operates under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See the Google privacy policy.
• Spotify (Spotify AB): embedded audio players. Spotify AB is a Swedish company established in the European Economic Area. See the Spotify privacy policy.

Without your consent, these players do not load.

If you reject analytics, no measurement tool is loaded; if you reject media, embedded video and audio are not shown. Necessary and functional cookies cannot be switched off from the site because they are first-party and do not track.
