This website presents the artistic and musical project of Phoenix Vega: discography, biography and a way to get in touch about collaborations, licensing and professional enquiries. Access is free of charge and requires no registration.

Users undertake to use the site lawfully and diligently, in accordance with the law and in good faith. In particular, they shall refrain from using it for unlawful purposes, from attempting to damage or overload the owner's systems or those of third parties, and from infringing intellectual property rights or rights of any other kind. Use of the site implies acceptance of this legal notice.

The site may allow comments on Notebook entries when that option is switched on. Comments are moderated before publication: none is published without review, and the owner may decline to publish or may remove any comment that is unlawful, offensive, promotional or off topic, with no obligation to give reasons. Whoever comments is responsible for what they write and warrants that they are entitled to publish it. There are no other sections where users publish content.

3. Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of this site — texts, images, musical compositions and recordings, design, logos and code — belong to Francisco Javier Paños Madrona or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property law. Any names, trade marks and distinctive signs that may appear belong to their respective owners.

5. Liability

The owner takes reasonable care to keep the site running, up to date and secure, but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the owner is not liable for damage arising from interruptions, technical failures or other matters outside reasonable control, nor for the use third parties may make of the information published. None of the above excludes or limits any liability that applicable law makes mandatory, in particular towards consumers.

7. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This legal notice and the relationship between the owner and the user are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from access to or use of the site, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Gandia (España), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.

However, where the user is a consumer, this submission shall not apply in so far as consumer protection rules (the consolidated text of the General Act for the Protection of Consumers and Users, and European legislation) impose a different jurisdiction; as a general rule, that of the consumer's place of residence.
