About this release
Justo Aquí is about a moment when nothing happens on the outside and, inside, something settles into place without a sound. Two people, an ordinary while, and the feeling that there is no need to run, or promise, or prove anything to be fine.
The lyrics give up looking for answers and keep the small truths that arrive quietly. There are no epiphanies and no grand declarations: moments like this pass in silence and you hardly notice until afterwards. The song tries to catch one while it is happening.
The whole song points to the last line: the decision, said in a low voice, to stay right here. It is not a philosophical conclusion. It is something far more modest and concrete: staying. It is short because it did not need to be longer; the moment it portrays was brief too.

Song notes
A short, quiet song about something that happened inside me and needed no ornament. I was not after making it seem important. I was after making it true.
Lyrics
No pasó nada importante
Y sin embargo cambió
La forma en que miro el aire
Cuando estamos tú y yo
No hizo falta decirlo
Ni siquiera entender
Pero algo encajó despacio
Sin tener que prometer
Y es justo aquí
Donde todo está bien
Sin tener que correr
Sin querer demostrar
Y es justo aquí
Donde empieza a importar
Lo que no supe ver
Y ahora no quiero soltar
Ya no busco respuestas
Ni las quiero inventar
Hay verdades pequeñas
Que no hacen ruido al llegar
Y en lo poco que queda
Cuando todo se va
Hay algo que permanece
Sin tener que gritar
Y es justo aquí
Donde todo está bien
Sin tener que correr
Sin querer demostrar
Y es justo aquí
Donde empieza a importar
Lo que no supe ver
Y ahora no quiero soltar
Uh-uh
Uh-uh
Uh-uh-uh
Y es justo aquí
Donde me quiero quedar

Hear it before anyone else
I share the news as it happens: new songs, giveaways, and anything that doesn't fit anywhere else. No noise: only when there's something to say.
